We collect “personal information” solely for the purpose of providing and improving our products.  By using our products, you agree to the collection and use of such information in accordance with this policy.

Our products BitPerfect and DSD Master employ a third-party data analytics service, Google Analytics, provided by

to collect personal information.  While our products are running, they communicate directly with the Google Analytics service which then provides summary information to us.

What “personal information” do we collect?

The “personal information” we collect is limited to information directly and solely related to the performance of our App in your situation.  This includes:
    ▪    Bit depth, sample rate, and audio format of each track being played.
    ▪    Audio device(s) used for playback.
    ▪    Version numbers of our Apps, of the OSX/macOS in use, and of Apple’s iTunes/Music App.
    ▪    Country in which the user is located, and language setting.

We may in future collect other information relating to the usage of features and services offered by our products.  If so, we would update this policy statement accordingly.

We specifically do not collect any information that would enable us to identify you or any other individual user, or enable us to identify any music (or other content) being played.

What do we do with this information?

We use the information solely and exclusively to ensure that we understand how our customers are using our products.  We can make use of such analysis to gain insights about how to improve the functionality and user experience.  We do not sell or share this information with any third party.

Can I opt out of the Google Analytics service?
